Collective ~Grattitude List~ What are you grateful for?

April 27 by The Running Son

It’s Saturday night! People are readying themselves the world over to go out and enjoy what relative wealth and comforts civilization offers. Dinners and game-nights, beach campfires and romantic rendezvous, we party like it’s a western man’s right to.

But not me. Civilization and relative wealth are on my 6 month power-plan… but tonight I have to work a teeny bit harder on a gratitude list.

Well, maybe not too hard. Here are two of mine:

1. My 2 fat cats. I can let them roam the yard in the predatory high desert in safety because they’re too big to climb the fence.

2. That I have a working PC and internet. I get to sit home and connect and chat with with all you wonderful and grateful people, while the girl of my dreams just stopped in at the pool-hall I am NOT at. 😛

OK, that was tongue-in-cheek (my mood tonight hehe) but I am grateful for both of those things.

It can be funny or serious or whatever. So tell me, what are one or two things YOU are grateful for tonight?

  1. Today I’m grateful I’m somewhere in the middle of life, not at the beginning or end, and the fact that sometimes I can be of help to others (sometimes) 🙂

  2. Today, I am grateful for my breath and for friends who are there for me.

  3. godtisx says:

I am grateful for sustaining love from the almighty and for parents who are true family. I think that is a universe of blessing even if everything else seems problematic. Haha.

    [But internet connection’s a GOOD ONE 🙂 ]

  4. I’m grateful for the Creator of life, and the great people He surrounds me with. Thank you for stopping by The Glass House. Hope to see you again.
