eye poem

May 3 by The Running Son

eye poem

i, Crowing out to no crowd
signals out-bound
slow but out loud
through a miniportal
porthole round
iClouded bi-normal
iCurtain playing iFound
my sacred choral
eye in the sky, iDesert
dry, and I lonely too,
iCold too, moving
like a fire scorching manic by me

too soothing I.

Nicely written Jim ! I would actually like to know about the reason behind your blogs name ! 🙂

    • I would be happy to tell you. It’s another name given to the story of the prodigal Son. I Identify with the Prodigal, running home, to god or the source, or the person I was meant to be beyond ego. Beyond life’s hardship and Mental disorders.

But it is also the journey we are all on. So it’s not about me, but about making sense of all the static and white noise ego chatter enough to see simple truth about us, and others and death and what to do with life in between. That bi-polar place. The answer to that last question is akin to finding god. Or the Father waiting for our return.

There. I like that explanation. Blessings Sanah. I followed you blog instantly because the writing spoke to me. 😉 That’s how it works, right?

        Beautifully put.

What a wonderful explanation…I’m glad to know the reason behind the name…and the man behind the name 🙂

        • 😉 it all fits. blog-name, bi-polarity of identity and geography. I hate it sometimes, like everything converges in synchronized form to tickle you into seeing something that has been right in front of your eyes all the time. I had to go home, to family and stability, and as of yesterday, it will be more than a synchronistic series of names and meaningless things. Goin home for real. 😉
