* a mothers day poem

May 11 by The Running Son

a mothers day poem

mothers for a day
get to play famous
in-famous ways.
Amer-I-can ‘iLady–
miracle if u get
time away to
celebrate all the ways that
mothers hear all and everything–
mommmy mommy all day, or
can I pleeeease stay? oVer there (somewhere)?

some day children will fly there.
but mothers day
will always
be here, for mothers, the ones who stay and raise us.
U. r.   –   god.d.es. s
and always will be,
and u should know,
we will always need you around

as mothers.      😉

have A Very happy mothers day!
    god bless.

Lovely tribute and how many mothers actually get the day to themselves (little ones will want and demand to be the center of attention). My mom likes scratch-offs too, but the return is very low, even when a bunch of us buy a bunch of them for her. In the US, you’re more likely to get hit by lightening on a clear day than you are to make $$ playing scratch-offs 😉

    • Thank-you marie. Until recently, my mother took care of 1-3 premature and special needs babies, drug babies.
I figured she decided that children screaming is the best stage of life. haha well. Add 2 medical dogs (like guide-dog training..similar).

cant afford scratch-ers or the time in line at 7-11 to get em.

come to think of it i cant afford money dreams. yeah thats it. 😉

      Thanks again marie.
